Throughout their time with us, students get to work on a range of projects as part of their course. Here, we will showcase some of the incredible work from our current students.

WORLD WAR
FRUIT

A third-person wave game created by first year Games Design and Games Art students to showcase at the Insomnia Gaming Festival in 2024.

A 3D rendering of the London Legion helmet design made by Games Design student Matthew Cheung in his first year – putting his newly learnt skills into practice.

As part of the first year International Esports Business & Digital Media assessment, students created, developed, and ran the ‘Starstruck Showmatch.’

WORLD WAR FRUIT (2024)


First year Games Art and Games Design students came together to create a game to showcase in the Indieverse at Insomnia Gaming Festival 72.

After a lot of brainstorming, the team decided to build a third-person wave game that centres around a fruit kingdom, and worked on all stages of development to produce the final product. 

From 3D modelling to voice acting, each member of the team put their newly developed skills to the test to create World War Fruit – showcasing everything they have learnt so far on their course.

LONDON LEGION HELMET

First year Games Design students, worked on a 3D render of the London Legion logo to be used in marketing for the organisation.

This work combined the skills that they have learnt so far on his course in order for him to experiment with modelling this unique design.

STARSTRUCK SHOWMATCH (2024)


Within the Broadcast Technology module for first-year International Esports Business and Digital Media students, everyone got to give various roles in live broadcast production a go before their final assessment.

As the final assignment, the students created, ran, and delivered a VALORANT showmatch to bring together everything they learnt throughout the semester. 

As well as running the live stream production, the group created a custom virtual set within VMix to bring the showmatch to life with unique branding.
