The postholder plays a key role in embedding a positive, inclusive culture across UCES.

HR & Compliance Coordinator
The HR & Compliance Coordinator provides essential operational support across all HR and
compliance functions at UCES. This role ensures the smooth running of daytoday HR
processes, effective use of Bright HR, and accurate maintenance of employee records,
onboarding workflows and compliance documentation. The postholder also coordinates staff
CPD processes, supports the annual review cycle, and maintains accurate tracking of staff
KPIs on behalf of management. They play a key role in supporting colleagues, maintaining
high standards of regulatory compliance, and contributing to a positive and professional
working environment within a UK Higher Education context.
