On Thursday 17th August at 8:00am, Clearing hotlines will open at the University Campus of Esports for students wanting to enroll for the September 2023 entry. The hotlines will remain open until Clearing closes on the 17th October 2023.
This date aligns with the official A-Level and BTEC Results Days, allowing students to contact the university regarding any admissions matters during this period.
The hotlines will predominantly be for those who have received their results and would like to join the University Campus of Esports through Clearing.
Clearing is available for students who have:
- Not met the entry requirements for their firm or insurance choice universities.
- Declined any offers from other universities but are still looking for courses or universities.
- Not received any offers but would like to go to university this year.
- Exceeded their result expectations and would like to change university choices or courses.

Staff will be on campus at the Lee Valley VeloPark on Thursday 17th and Friday 18th for students and parents to drop in to discuss Clearing and applications following results being announced. The Clearing hotlines will be open throughout this period too for queries.
